| CAMP wins again at Pierra Menta! |
| Good news from Areches Beaufort (FRA) at the end of the Pierra Menta, the famous ski mountaineering competition held last week in the popular French location: CAMP athletes won important positions confirming the excellent results achieved in February at the World Championships. |

In the Junior category Alessandra Cazzanelli got the second place together with Jennifer Fiechter from Switzerland. Martina Valmassoi and Mireille Richard gained fifth place overall, obtaining the highest podium position in the Espoir category. The two girls, with their first experience in this competition, said they are very satisfied with the results, and will reinforce this team for the Mezzalama.
In the men’s events, Robert Antonioli and Michele Boscacci had no problems coming first in the Espoir category. The couple, made up from the world champion and vice world champion, were placed ninth overall, confirming the good form shown in recent competitions.
"Four days of competition are really exhausting," says Michele, "it was really hard but the satisfaction of winning repays all efforts."
Among the seniors Manfred Reichegger and Damiano Lenzi arrived at the foot of the podium with an excellent fifth place overall. Manfred and Damiano have always been among the first teams to cross the finish line at the French event, finishing only 11:37 minutes behind Blanc-Jornet Burgada, the winning team.
Many important competitions are scheduled for our athletes before the close of the ski season, the next being held on 3rd April on the slopes of the Adamello group.
