A polyester fabric with a very special weave and mesh-like structure. It helps provide maximum airflow around the foot and acts as a cushioning layer between the foot and the boot. It is resistant to wear and tear and does not compress or flatten out with extended use.

ZAMBERLAN® Z-COMFORT FIT FOOTBED
Anatomically shaped removable footbed. It has a quick drying top hygienic polyester fabric layer, to wick away moisture and dry quickly, a latex foam active carbon middle layer to control odour, a bottom cushioning layer in expanded close cell PE. Good overall comfort and cushioning.

Zamberlan special construction and design method and choice of components to optimize the comfort and the boot breathability, thanks to a special padding foam. Boots crafted accordingly are extremely light weight and extremely more breathable!

ZAMBERLAN PLURIFLEX
The Pluriflex midsole has a polypropylene core, covered by a non-woven fabric to ensure comfort and thermal insulation. It offers a high degree of a lightness, stiffness and torsional rigidity. It is suitable for rough terrain and maintains its technical characteristics in extreme temperature and weather condition.

TOE AND HEEL

THERMOPLASTIC
The toe puff and heel counter are made from an extruded thermoplastic material which is pre-shaped on special machine. They provide excellent protection for the foot and help maintain a good shape in boot even after extended use.

Vibram® sole formed by a sticky rubber compound outersole glued to a dual density EVA shank for extra comfort and shock absorption.

CONSTRUCTION
|

ZAMBERLAN VIA FERRATA CONSTRUCTION
This technical and efficient construction grants a great sensivity and precision. The upper is boad lasted on a Vibram rubber sole bonded to a dual density PU midsole. Then ubber bands are glued on the upper and on the sole PU wedge to form a total shield on the side and on the toe area.

This to-toe-lacing-system has been specifically developed to grant better precision as adjusting the fit becomes more exact and rigorous and the overall foot sensitivity much finer.
