| Via Ferrata sets: C.A.M.P. statement |
| The results of the tests confirm that it is not necessary to proceed with a recall of CAMP via ferrata sets |

|
The company C.A.M.P. has actively participated in the test programme of aged via ferrata sets within the UIAA Safety Commission and the European Committee for Standardization. Our laboratory has carried out several drop tests and strength tests on all models of CAMP via ferrata sets manufactured since 2002. The results of these tests confirm that it is not necessary to proceed with a recall of CAMP via ferrata sets; test results also show that a via ferrata set, even if used occasionally, should be withdrawn from service at the end of its lifetime.
