UPPER		HYDROBLOC® NABUK LEATHER Our nabuk leathers are from premium grade hide and receive the special Hydrobloc® treatment during tanning to ensure maximum water resistance.
HARDWARE		H.R.T. "HIGH RESISTANCE TREATMENT" All our hardware is designed to allow a smooth passage of the laces. D-rings and hooks receive the high resistance treatment to ensure maximum resistance to corrosion.
LINING		GORE-TEX® - PERFORMANCE COMFORT An extremely waterproof and breathable micro porous membrane which can be used to make a lining in outdoor footwear. Its structural characteristics allow moisture from the foot to pass through but keep water out. GORE-TEX® - PERFORMANCE COMFORT is ideal or a wide range of conditions and outdoor activities.
FOOTBED		ANATOMIC FOOTBED A removable footbed shaped to offer good comfort and cushioning.
PADDING		Z.A.S. "ZAMBERLAN AIR SYSTEM" Zamberlan special construction and design method and choice of components to optimize the comfort and the boot breathability, thanks to a special padding foam. Boots crafted accordingly are extremely light weight and extremely more breathable!
INSOLE/SHANK		ZAMBERLAN Z.A.T. "ZAMBERLAN ANTI-TORSION" Made of a special nylon, the Zamberlan Anti Torsion was specifically engineered to achieve the best combination of torsional stability and flexion in the natural foot flex point. It features some holes to ensure a lightweight and a reinforced backbone to ensure stability and torsional rigidity where required.
TOE AND HEEL		PRE-FORMED Pre-formed nylon toe puff and heel counter, these protect the foot and help maintain the shape of the boot.
SOLE PACKAGE		ZAMBERLAN® VIBRAM® LITE GRIP Exclusively engineered with Vibram the LITE Grip sole features the following specs: light weight inside TPU stabilizer, low density PU wedge for shock absorption and comfort, rockered profile for easy toe off, side area for foot protection and support, contact toe and heel area for better grip, big groves for reduced debris build up and self cleaning action, undercut heel for secure braking, engraved shank for better grip on uneven ground.
CONSTRUCTION		DIRECT MOLDING The PU wedge and rand are molded directly onto the upper while is still on the last. Specific machinery is needed for this construction, where the sole is molded and fixed to the upper in one process.

CARE		HYDROBLOC® PROOFING CONDITIONER We recommend regular treatment of the boots with the Hydrobloc® Proofing Water-Base Conditioner, to maintain and enhance the performance ofnabuk, split and rough out leathers and of any other farics or textile material of the boots.
