Virtual Body High Neck Woman
Mizuno’s Thermal Stretch Compression and Virtual Body, multi sport performance underwear, belong to the midweight category, recommended for temperatures between +10 ° and -10 °: average weight, flat seams, shaped cut and anti-abrasion labels for the best-selling line. This year the collection, further improved in terms of drying power and breathability, is made up of three different types of products: basic BT, available in various models and colors, men's, women's junior, Virtual body and Compression.

Virtual Body, ideal for skiing and all outdoor sports, has been designed for advanced athletes who are looking for the maximum performance. Thanks to several researches on the movements of the human body, Mizuno has verified that some parts need more flexibility, hence the concept of "superstretch" at certain points of the body, with jacquard inserts on front and back, which provides breathability and the movement. The two sides (stretch and superstretch) are combined by a flat red or gray seam, which assures an aggressive line, positioned according to the anatomy of the body.

BREATH THERMO
An exclusive yarn developed by Mizuno for technical underwear with unique characteristics.

1. Heat production.
Mizuno’s revolutionary Breath Thermo technology is a uniquely engineered man-made fibre that sustains body warmth for the wearer by absorbing body vapour and converting it into heat. Wearing it is sufficient to increase in the temperature by 2-3 degrees. Even with extremely cold temperature conditions, Breath Thermo allows the body to stay dry and warm, expelling moisture from the skin and generating constant heat, with a peak of 22/23 °. The calorific value of the Breath Thermo is approximately 3 times higher than that of natural fibers such as wool and down.

How is it possible? Heat is produced in two ways.

First of all the yarn, which absorbs body moisture of the skin, has a very thick texture, which entails the friction between the molecules of water vapor that tend to go out and the yarn; this friction generates energy, which in turn produces heat.
The second source of heat is generated by the friction created between the molecules of water vapor retained by the yarn, exactly as it happens in a bus bulging with people. Thanks to Breath Thermo the temperature on the skin is fixed at approximately 20 °.

2. Moisture absorption.
Breath Thermo has a high absorbency and breathability power, and a great moisture and body heat control. Since it absorbs moisture to generate heat, the inside of the garment remains dry. From this year Breath Thermo is also coupled to another yarn, double-stranded, which transfers the moisture away from the body. This breathability control mechanism is patented "Drylite." Breath Thermo characteristics make the fabric perfect for all weather conditions: rain, snow or wind

3. Antibacterial function and odor controll
Breath Thermo yarn is characterized by antibacterial properties, able to minimize the formation of bacteria, mold and unpleasant odors, thanks to the odor control.
Features that the fabric is capable of maintaining over time, even after multiple washings.

4. No alteration of the skin pH
Garments tend to become alkaline with the use and the washings. Breath Thermo has a special pH control function, which neutralizes the effects of soap and sweat while maintaining the neutral pH of the clothes for their entire life.
