The Z.THERMO Zamberlan Thermal Footbed is designed to provide thermal insulation. It also respects the foot anatomy and reduces heel strike. If features a quick drying, thermal non-woven top layer to deliver warmth and comfort, a cushioning 5 mm PE middle layer and an aluminium bottom film that creates a barrier to prevent cold to go thru.

The toe puff and heel counter are made from an extruded thermoplastic material which is pre-shaped on special machine. They provide excellent protection for the foot and help maintain a good shape in boot even after extended use.

Vibram® sole that features the classic "roccia" tread pattern design. Made of a special expanded compound to offer the maximum grip and light weight. The large toe area ensures a good touch down during climbing progression.

CONSTRUCTION

CEMENTED
The upper, including the lining, is cemented to the midsole with thermoplastic glue along the outer edge of the midsole. The sole is then fixed to the bottom of the boot.
